    Mr. Dressler is a graduate of Yale University with an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business. Mr. Dressler began his real estate career with the Arvida Corporation in Florida and subsequently moved to Boston to initiate and direct activity in the Northeast for Trammell Crow Residential as Regional Partner. Development ultimately comprised of over 5,000 units of housing, the bulk of which became part of the founding assets for Avalon Bay Communities. Mr. Dressler joined what became Security Capital Group in 1992 in Santa Fe, New Mexico participating in leading roles in the formation of Archstone Apartment Communities, Prologis, Pacific Retail Trust (acquired by Regency Realty) and Homestead Village (acquired by Blackstone). Mr. Dressler subsequently owned a manufacturing firm (International Marine) and served as Chief Acquisition Officer and Principal of a multi-billion-dollar urban retail and housing fund manager. In 2009, he joined Verde Realty, a private REIT, and served as Chief Investment Officer until the firm was sold to an affiliate of Brookfield Asset Management. Mr. Dressler now serves as Principal at Oak Place Partners, co-managing the company’s acquisition and development activities.
